I believe the therapeutic process should be warm, welcoming, and flexible. My practice focuses on wellness using a holistic and creative approach in supporting individuals and families navigate those challenging transitions during various stages of life. I specialize in the perinatal time frame, step-family dynamics, and respectful parenting practices. I also work with individuals experiencing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and generally feeling stuck or unmotivated.
I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and draw on elements of holistic psychotherapy during the treatment process. Holistic psychotherapy is based on the idea that we hold and experience stress, trauma, sadness, and other emotions not just in our mind but in our body and therefore we can also use a multimodal therapeutic approach as a tool in addressing these connections to promote healing and growth.
